Another research study has probed the effect of drug on histological and biochemical changes in the heart and coronary artery within male rats. The results indicated that upon nandrolone intake, the male rats have shown heart abnormality. Increase in lipid peroxidation and Hcy in heart tissues of male frogs were also indicated.
